8-week private transformation coaching journey A 1:1 coaching journey for people ready to stop repeating old patterns, reconnect with themselves, and rise into their power. The journey is an 8-week commitment, giving you the time and space to create meaningful internal shifts rather than looking for quick fixes. Across 8 individual sessions, we’ll explore where you feel stuck, where you may be giving your power away, and what needs to shift within you to create lasting change. Combining conscious conversation with embodiment and movement practices, we’ll work towards greater self-trust, confidence, clarity, and aligned action — so you can begin living from a deeper sense of who you are and what you truly want. At the end of the 8 weeks, we’ll reflect on where you are, what has shifted, and what you need next. From there, we can decide together whether you’d like to continue with further coaching or take the work forward independently.
